FAQs

What's the difference between first sessions and return sessions?

First sessions (90 min) include a full TCM diagnosis, pulse/tongue exam, meridian palpation and personalised treatment. Drop-in sessions are return sessions (60 min) and focus on follow-up care and adjustments if necessary.

Do plans expire? Can I pause them?

Yes, each plans has a specific validity from purchase. You can pause for up to 1 month with notice (via WhatsApp/email); unused sessions roll over. The plans are non-transferable for privacy.

What payment methods do you accept? What's the cancellation policy?

Credit and debit cards, cash, Revolut, Wise and Bizum payments are accepted. Full payment upfront for plans. Give a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Is VAT included? Are there financing options?

Yes, all prices include 21% Spanish VAT. Unfortunately plans do not have financing options.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, prices are fully transparent. Includes all detailed therapies.
