What's the difference between first sessions and treatment plans?

First sessions are your diagnostic gateway, a complete TCM evaluation with pulse/tongue diagnosis, meridian palpation, and personalised initial treatment to establish your unique baseline. Treatment plans are your transformation path, clinically designed sequences that build on your diagnosis for lasting results. Each offers 10-20% savings versus individual sessions, ensuring continuity and deeper healing.

Do plans expire?

Yes, each plan has a specific validity from purchase and it's designed to work within a specific time frame for an optimal biological response. The plans are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase because they have exclusively been designed for your condition.

What payment methods do you accept? What's the cancellation policy?

Cash, Revolut, Wise and Bizum payments are preferred. While cards are also accepted, we kindly request using one of the aforementioned methods whenever possible. Full payment upfront for plans. Give a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Is VAT included? Are there financing options?

Yes, all prices include 21% Spanish VAT. Unfortunately plans do not have financing options.

Are there any hidden fees?
